Can you hire locally in the US for ecommerce roles too?
Yes. We fill local and remote roles in the US, and we also recruit in Latin America, Europe, Asia and South Africa.
How much does it cost?
Salary depends on the role and country. Our fees are fixed: a one-time Recruitment & Activation Fee from $2,500 plus $700 a month if we employ them, or 20% of first-year salary ($5,000 minimum) if you employ them directly. Nothing until you hire.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
If a hire resigns or is let go for performance within 90 days of starting, we find a replacement at no extra fee. If we employ them, replacements continue for as long as they're with you.
